Your Profile
  • Strong, experienced leadership profile with a track record of developing diverse marketing teams in a fast-paced digital consumer business
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in team leadership
  • Extensive digital marketing expertise including SEA, display advertising, affiliates marketing and mobile marketing
  • Profound technical and commercial understanding of digital marketing at a global scale
  • History of successfully setting up an innovative "test-and-learn" culture to continuously adjust the performance marketing approach for ongoing improvement of results
  • Extensive analytical skills and a track record of decisions made based on data 
  • Solid understanding of the fundamental drivers of a marketplace business and ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies for growth
  • Exceptional team spirit, experienced in leading diverse, international teams
  • Ability to operate at speed with agility in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Perfect English skills
Your Responsibilities
This is a significant opportunity to contribute in fulfilling Raisin’s vision "savings and investments without barriers". Raisin has been pioneering in financial markets, offering savings products cross-border in several European countries and launched a very successful series of investment and pension products in Germany.
In this position you will work closely with other departments like Brand Marketing, Product Management, and the Business Units taking care of growing the product portfolio.
As a key member of the marketing leadership team your major responsibilities will be:

  • Define the performance marketing plan and budget in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer, including setting targets, determining the core programs and drive execution to deliver business growth
  • Lead, mentor and develop the growing performance marketing team currently consisting of about ten employees (SEA, Display, Affiliates Marketing, Mobile Marketing) 
  • Align closely with the country managers, who are in charge of  the marketing mix, supported by the central performance marketing team
  • Define best-in-class performance marketing programs that scale internationally
  • Continuously propose, test and execute new channel opportunities
  • Develop new creative approaches of combining message and media to activate potential customers
  • To further implement a measurable, metrics-driven ROI approach
  • Closely track and report CPA developments on channel level
  • Define, manage and track OKRs
  • In collaboration with BI, drive top-notch technologies for marketing automation, analysis, and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with many stakeholders and teams across our company
