Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in the fields of UX and Interaction Design/UI Design

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer-Human Interaction, Behavioural Psychology, Industrial Design, Information Design, Graphic Design or a related field

  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or digital agencies

  • A solid understanding of all disciplines of UX and UI (e.g., IA, user flows, wireframing, prototyping and visual design)

  • Experience in wireframing, click-flows and rapid prototyping

  • It would be a plus to have a visual design background with knowledge of „Google Material Guidelines” and „Apple Human Interface Guidelines”

  • Know-how in the field of research: interviewing users, setting up surveys and usability tests as well as interpreting the results

  • Being able to interpret data into opportunities for improvements

  • Strong knowledge of common tools like Sketch, Axure, Adobe Products

  • Being familiar with the role of UX in an Agile software development

  • Strong communication skills in English and German is a plus

Your Responsibilities
In the UX Team, we want to provide the best user experience for our customers. Starting with the first user contact through, for instance, an offline ad over to the first website visit,  to the customer on-boarding, up to the many future visits of the online banking to manage their savings and investments. Together we are pushing the boundaries of the UX and the design of our product.

  • User research and user testing in support of evolving existing applications and developing whole new applications across multiple platforms

  • Working with Product Designers and Product Owners on user journey mapping for clarity on the opportunities and challenges in removing friction and increasing delight and success

  • Approaching the app concept, complex design problems, and features through a user-centered-design process with Product Designers, to adhere to and/or evolve the company style guide.

  • In collaboration with Product Designers, developing UX concepts, user workflows, wireframes and testable prototypes (starting from low fidelity to high fidelity)

  • Working closely with the product owner to optimize conversion rates based on qualitative and quantitative research

  • Main contact person regarding all UX issues for web and mobile apps 

  • Continuously challenging your work and being an advocate for user-centered design throughout our company

  • Research target customer groups and work customer-centric, data-informed and iteratively

  • Conduct research while using qualitative and quantitative methods

  • Process qualitative and quantitative data and communicate results and recommendations

  • Collaborating closely with the whole UX/UI team, product owners, engineers, business intelligence and the management team
